If you would like to become a distributor of our pianos:

Give us your contact info via email at marketing@asiapianojapan.jp

You will receive a stock list with prices within 48 hours

Choose your pianos directly from the stock list, and email back to marketing@asiapianojapan.jp or fax to us at +852 2394 2456

A Proforma Invoice will be sent to you within 48 hours. Please sign and fax back at +852 2394 2456

We will prepare the pianos. (Takes approximately 30 days)

First deposit due, then shipping of the pianos. (Takes approximately 30 days)

Arrival of the pianos at your closest port. Remaining balance due.
PAYMENT
We accept both T.T. payment and Letter of Credit at Sight. These terms are negotiable according to your needs and situations. We take payments in Japanese Yen, US Dollars.

DELIVERY AND
SHIPMENT
Our lead-time for reconditioning used pianos is 30 days upon order confirmation.
Our shipping forwarder would ensure a safe and punctual arrival of your pianos at the port of your choice. Varying from case to case, they will provide assistance in custom clearance or arranging door-to-door transportations.
You are welcome to appoint your own forwarders for shipment too!
QUANTITY
We usually take orders for a 20-feet or 40-feet container, which will accommodate 16 and 34 pianos, respectively. If this is your first order with us, we are happy to ship even 1 piano to you!
We work very hard to accommodate your business model and strategies, so whether you are a distributor who could sell over hundred pianos in a month or trying to control inventory and overheads, we are here to serve you!
